Scott has a successful automotive repair business and had a basic well-built but static website. The site had good branding and logo, but the business had out grown it. He wanted a redesign to modernize the desktop structure and to simplify and speed up the mobile version of the website. Another goal was to get more customers through organic and paid search results with the goal to outrank established competitors. Scott also wanted a great looking and professional website that would appeal to new customers once they arrived at the website and that would result in more calls and ultimately more traffic at his store.
We kicked off the project with research into the competitors in the auto repair business to see what they were doing, what was working well for them and any opportunities we could pursue to get Scott the best results.
With keyword list and strategy in hand, we built out the website framework with the focus on these opportunities.
We took a content-first approach and created locally optimized and keyword targeted website pages and content which would funnel the visitors to the successful conversion.

The website design was structured around the key goal of getting website visitors to call AutoXtend for their auto repair and tire needs. We positioned the phone number prominently on both desktop and mobile devices so it’s always easily viewable from any page. Other elements on the page were created to convey AutoXtend’s services effectively, showcase their service area and build trust.
The overall website design was modern, bold and clean with a style that compliments the AutoXtend brand.
Within 6 months after the new website launched, the website page views had grown by over 100% and the bounce rate was reduced by 30%.
Without any additional marketing, AutoXtend has been able to get a consistent and growth of it’s customer base through the calls received via the website and while search results continues to improve month over month in Google.
