Fierce and Associates
Tammy has a successful Real Estate business but did not have a dedicated website for the agency. They had already developed a successful brand and logo, but could only be seen on network real estate sites. She wanted a clean, modern and functional desktop version and more importantly they needed a responsive easy to use mobile experience. Some of the features she wanted was a place for an agent directory, a place to tell the story of the agency, somewhere to connect all the social media accounts, reviews, and most importantly be able to showcase all their listed properties.
After siting down with the Tammy the owner/broker of Fierce and Associates to find out what the business needed from the website, researching competitors and local market conditions we were able to make a plan to achieve the results she was expecting.
Exceptional client service is key to Fierce and Associates success. Tammy wanted to convey what clients could expect from Fierce and Associates – which is exceptional service at all stages of the real estate process. The proof of those results is in the glowing client reviews that appear on Zillow and other review forums.
The real estate business like all other businesses no matter what is being sold, is all about people. We decided to make the first element on the page a professional and compelling high quality video, which tells the story of a typical real estate buying process with real clients.
Tammy is fortunate to have an excellent professional photographer who makes all property photos look like a million bucks. Clients can schedule a tour easily from the listing feature page. Additionally, there is contact information for the listing agent and an interactive map with pinned property location. All designed to keep everything the client needs for that property on one page.
Tammy and the rest of the office were very pleased with the results and we were fortunate to be able to launch the website ahead of schedule.
While the site is too new to show any long term comparison, a recent quarter to quarter comparison shows page views and unique page views both up, with the bounce rate falling. Also new users increased by 11% with session duration also up. Overall showing an increase in user engagement on the site.
