Our Monthly Essential Care Plan includes…
- All software updates – Websites today need software updates weekly or even daily in order to keep them running smoothly and securely. After the updates are finished, we’ll make sure everything is operating optimally. We’ll also backup your site before updating in the unlikely event that something breaks the site.
- Backups- We’ll backup your site daily to make sure you don’t lose any data should any files or databases get corrupted due to a bad update. Or, an unsavory character gain access to your site and cause damage.
- Security- Your website is protected using a firewall, and we will be notified as soon as anyone unauthorized tries to gain access to your website or files. Steps will then be taken to stop further attempts. SSL- all our sites provide free SSL service to further secure your internet traffic. We’ll provide cleanup assistance should any attempted breach succeed.
- Uptime Monitoring- We’ll monitor your account and notify you if/when your website is down.
- Migration- Should you want to move your website to another hosting provider, we’ll assist you in that process and make sure that the process goes smoothly. We also highly recommend our hosting solutions for our customers.
- Technical Support- Lastly in addition to the above, we provide limited tech support to the Essential Care Plan clients of 1/2 hour per month of phone or online support.
